To create a successful staff complaint regarding a naughty staff member of Death Row, you must meet the criteria specified in this guide.
Failure to comply with our requirements may cause your complaint to be disregarded immediately.
1. Date & Time

The date and time of the incident must be outlined in your post.
2. Video Evidence -
Video evidence is required, including all relevant context to the situation. Whether this is added using a YouTube link or not, it's up to your discretion.
3. Steam ID of Staff Member
- The Steam ID of the alleged staff member must be recorded. Do not use the public community profile link of the user, instead input their profile link into this Steam ID finder and use the generated unique identification code of the player in this format: STEAM_0:1:17950368.
4. Brief Overview of Events
- Explain to the best of your ability the sequence of the events during the incident. This enables investigators to vaguely assess the situation before a deeper dive, allowing Death Row to take action faster.
