    1. Date & Time

The date and time of the incident must be outlined in your post.
    2. Video Evidence

Video evidence is required, including all relevant context to the situation. Whether this is added using a YouTube link or not, it's up to your discretion.

    3. Steam ID of Staff Member

The Steam ID of the alleged staff member must be recorded. Do not use the public community profile link of the user, instead input their profile link into this Steam ID finder and use the generated unique identification code of the player in this format: STEAM_0:1:17950368.

    4. Brief Overview of Events

Explain to the best of your ability the sequence of the events during the incident. This enables investigators to vaguely assess the situation before a deeper dive, allowing Death Row to take action faster.

What is a Death Row Administrator?

A step above our lovely Moderators, the abilities of a server Administrator far exceed its predecessor.

As an Administrator, you are provided the power to leverage the rules of Death Row to a much greater extent. As such, it is imperative that only the very best are selected for this role. What lies before you are just a select few of our expectations for Administrators, it is recommended that you account for each of these whilst submitting your public application.

Be able to monitor the actions of Moderators. Be able to determine whether an immediate demotion is required due to the actions of Moderators. Be able to only use your abilities for the purpose of contributing to the server's wellbeing - not for your personal benefit. Be able to assess scenarios from multiple points of view in order to determine the most utilitarian action. Put simply, you're aware that sometimes you'll have to lay down the law on your mates. Administrator favouritism is something that Death Row is particularly against.

Some aspects that may contribute to the likelihood of your application being deemed successful include:

Being over the age of 16. Having previous and relatively recent staff experience on any other server. Being a current serving Moderator for Death Row. Having a low amount of bans, mutes and kicks. Being generally favoured by the players of Death Row. Remember, applications are public and members of the community can document their anecdotal experiences with you.

At this point in time, server Administrators are hand-picked by me.

    Good luck and kind regards,

    howlz.
