    Death Row Staff:

Be respectful and understanding of all players. Don't swing your dick around. If you do this, you will be removed from staff.

Moderators must respect the decision of Administrators. However, Administrators are encouraged to question and learn from the actions of staff at their level and above.

Moderators abusing their powers may be removed from Death Row for up to a year. Administrators and above abusing their powers may be demoted from Staff.

Staff must make decisions completely impartially, regardless of their relationship with the perpetrator.

Staff may not use their powers for their personal benefit. For example, no-clipping momentarily to gain an excessive amount of speed or to open cells. Repercussions will be the same regardless of how big or small the impact on the round was.

Staff must be tolerant and understanding of newcomers. Don't act aggressively to a new player who doesn't yet understand the rules. Instead, gently explain to them their errors, and link them the Rules page.

    All Death Row Members:

There are no limits on what you can say to another player, just leave out all doxing and dox threats. You may not mention or threaten to release any personal aspects of another player that exceed to information present on their publicly available Steam profile.

    No advertising of any kind.

Respect the authority and decisions of Administrators.

NSFW sprays are allowed, but NSFL and gore sprays are strictly forbidden. NSFL is classified as any media that is illegal to distribute (e.g, pornography depicting minors). If you are caught with possessing a NSFL or gore spray, you will be permanently removed from Death Row. If your spray is questionable it's probably contraband. Don't risk it.

Do not use your username to communicate with alive players. This counts as ghosting.

Do not reveal map secrets or you will be commbanned.

Do not abuse bugs or glitches. Instead, privately message a member of staff for a reward.

Do not linger in any area that is inaccessible to your enemies. For example, sitting inside M.I.A's office on Death Row Final.

Do not encourage a player to break the rules. You will receive an equal ban to the player you coerced.

Do not impersonate other players, especially members of staff.

Violating any of these rules will entitle you to a ban.

    Counter Terrorists (Guards):

    No freekilling or mass freekilling.

CTs may not excessively use the mic unless they are the warden.

More CTBans may result in longer bans for future offenses.

CTs must stay in sight/range of Ts.

CTs may not play a game within 3 rounds.

Limit killing Ts to a maximum of 10 per game.

CTs may not make Ts freeze/face a direction except for certain situations.

Gun checks may be paused if weapons are found.

CTs may not throw smoke/flashbangs at non-rebelling Ts.

CTs may not order Ts to crouch/walk.

    Gun planting is not allowed.

CTs may kill Ts in vents/gunroom.

CTs may not break vents, except to escape.

CTs may not enter a vent from its exit.

Before 6:00, CTs may not kill Ts who are still inside cells.

Smoking another CT leads to a temporary CT ban.

Team killing CTs will result in temporary CT bans.

Baiting results in temporary CT bans.

Random Ts may receive 9000 HP if cells are not open by 6:00, except during microphone checks.

Ts can't be killed for simply possessing weapons.

If a CT stands in the way of the warden's directions, Ts may legally knife them if they pass within 5ft.

Ts may knife, use flashlights, and deploy harmless grenades during gun checks (smokes are included).

CTs must not intentionally disadvantage other CTs.

CTs may not show favoritism to Ts.

CTs may only order Ts to stack for legitimate reasons, such as to ensure fairness for a race.

Smoking a vent is allowed, but only if there is no potential for non-rebelling Ts to be unfairly injured. However, if a vent breaks due to smoke, the offending CT will be temporarily CT banned.

CTs may not use/activate map secrets.

CTs may kill AFK Ts after 6:00 if the T is blatantly AFK. Vent cell can be killed if they do not respond to orders before 6:00.

Ts are rebelling if they throw explosive or Molotov grenades at CTs - not smoke grenades.

CTs must allow Ts to escape deployed smoke grenades during games.

Cells must be open for a minimum of 10 seconds, and CTs may not order Ts back into cells.

The ratio for CT's is always 1 CT for every 3 Ts, with a maximum of 10 CTs. Open Day and Zombie Day is an exception to this rule.

The first round of every new map is always an Open Day. All CTs immediately head outside (the last CT to spawn must open cells as 9K still applies), and Ts may be killed if they go into outside areas or aim their firearms at CTs. Open Day rules must be specified by the Warden at the beginning of the round.

    Terrorists (Prisoners):

If you are killed before cells are open, you are entitled to a respawn.

If the round is being delayed at 1:00, Ts may be given weapons by members of staff. If the round still hasn't finished by 0:00, CTs may be slain at staff discretion.

The final T must type !lr within 20 seconds of being ordered to; otherwise, they may be killed by CTs.

Ts may only surprise LR if they select the option Rebel.

Do not use medic or gain health in any way during LR. This applies to CTs as well.

Don't LR with powers active from the map secret.

Don't rebel with LR weapons that weren't obtained through the Rebel option. This includes weapons given to you by staff for a separate purpose.

Ts may only kill CTs who are participating in the LR, unless it is a Rebel.

Don't use baiting usernames, for example, "All Teas."

Don't smoke gunroom during Zombie Day.

Don't camp in vents or gunroom during Zombie Day.

Don't use a slain CT's weapon to rebel.

Using passive VIP perks (i.e., !healthshot) is not classified as rebelling. Using aggressive VIP perks like Terminal Velocity is a rebel.

Sometimes CTs may commit minor accidental infractions in the purpose to nurture a fun and intuitive round for all players. Sometimes, staff may choose to let it go. It's up to their discretion. If you are concerned about the actions or lack of actions taken by a member of staff, please don't hesitate to create a Staff Complaint for the incident to be reviewed.

Don't begin an LR in a location that requires CTs to be constantly crouching. For example, do not LR inside of vents.

Don't rebel with intentionally planted guns dropped by CTs. Same for map game weapons.

Don't shout over the warden's orders excessively. However, some of the most fun you can possibly experience in Jailbreak is organizing an immense Orange Flood rush, which may require a level of microphone usage from rebelling Ts. It lies on the discretion of staff members to action excessive mic spam in relevant situations.

Respawned Ts may not rebel until they reach the area where the remaining Ts reside.

    Don't intentionally delay the round.

    Banned Games:

Last Reaction/First Reaction games, Wardays, Fish in a barrel, Hide and Seek, Simon Says, and games leading to immediate Ts' death are not allowed, except on the final round of the map with administrator permission.

Voting games require at least 3 CTs alive, and there must be an odd number of voters. All CT votes must be placed in all chat otherwise they will not count.

Attempting to circumvent this rule will lead to you being banned.
